Last night, as my 14 month old husky was resting in our backyard, something caught his attention and he darted out. He always chases squirrels and rabbits but never catches any. Well, last night he caught, ate and crunched away at a baby rabbit. We ran after him but he wouldn’t let it go! I’m wondering, is this dangerous to his health? bones, fur and all?? I know they hunt in nature but he is domesticated!!! anyone else’s dog do this? should I be concerned? he seems fine today and very proud of himself!
They both have a hole in their necks and it is swollen around it. They have lost the fur around the area and it has a discharge. Physically, their are fine. They play with the other cats and each other and eat very well. I am told this is a worm similar to what a squirrel or rabbit gets. I am afraid my other cats will get this and I’m not sure what to do.
We have been having a problem with stray cats…or cats that do belong to someone but live outside. I have been finding dead birds and squirrels within my fenced backyard. I have called to have someone do something about them, but was told that they are classified as the above, and nothing can be done about them. This is the first time I have ever heard this…..

Something is eating the buds and flowers of all my patio plants. I live a residentual neighborhood, some trees, not heavily wooded area. At night, something is coming any eating the flowers. I don’t know if it is rats or squirrels, I have not caught them. What can I use to make whatever is doing this go away?
