Hey, i shot a squirrels nest and saw one jump out and didnt see it again. i shot into the nest multiple times before it jumped out. then later i shot the nest to see if it was back and nothing came out.
do squirrels come back? if so how long does it take
should i sit in a tree or on the ground?
for how long in one place?
if i kill one and want to eat/clean would i have to do it right away after it dies? or can i let it sit? (freezing/refrigerator?)
My main uses would be Pigeons, Squirrels, Rabbits an other small pest birds. If you chose a shotgun, what gauge would be ideal?
I would like to start hunting squirrel, and have every thing but a good dog.
I Do A Lot of squirrel and Rabbit Hunting should I already have a :
.22 Bolt Action and a .410 Single Shot Break Barrel should I get a Pump .410 Shotgun or a .22 Magnum Lever Action these are the 2 I leveled it down to But I’m OPEN for suggestions
I am planning on getting a gun soon and I’m looking at getting a .22 for hunting small game like squirrels, rabbits, muskrats, etc. I am willing to spend around $300 for a gun and up to $50-$60 for a scope. I have talked to several people and they say i should get a Ruger 10/22 with possible a Tasco scope. But i have never bought a gun before so i need suggestions from people who have had good/bad experiences with .22′s. Thanks.
Also what is best to get a tube feed .22 or a .22 with a clip?
