thanks man. I did put the Novak 3s w/21.5 system in it and it is soooo much better! Even on the 2s battery that came with the truck. I now love my crawler, where as before it just kinda sat around.

@firstrambo3000 I was in the military and one of my favorite guns to shoot was the dual 50 cals and the M16. AR15 is the civilian version. Mine is predominantly Sun Devil Arms and River Rock Arms. I say this as I built my own AR piece by piece.

@asw27x I prefer the AX10 for what I do. It depends on what you want to do though.
Tires- toss the stock. The beadlocks are not good for most rocks over the beads. Get a smooth face beadlock. The tire choice will depend on where you run. I like JConcepts Rocx for high grip rocks, Panther Leopards for slick/ wet rocks, and Losi Claws as a in between. A good beadlock will allow weights (JC). 10 to 12 ounces for dry, 7 to 8 for wet, and 1 to 3 in the rear. Adjust as needed.
